HUNGER:
We people may attracted to eat more food in our daily life,which may leads to put on weight.To
stay fit, we need to eat healthy and natural food.in the sense we can eat fruites to satisfy our hunger.
DRINKS:
normally,in our daily life we may tend to drink soft drinks which may contain artificial sugars.so,which may cause weight gain.so we need to replace those drinks with fruit juice etc with healthier beverages rather than giving up.
